Customer Service Team
Wind Mill has a team of seasoned customer service personnel, including: inside and outside sales, purchasing, prototyping, accounting and the production control activities team.
Laminating
Wind Mill laminates both top foil overlay melamine (11 stock colors), as well as all the HPLs (Wilsonart, Formica, Nevamar, and Pionite being the most frequently asked for).
CNC Machinging
Our comprehensive line of CNC machinery has the ability to handle a variety of materials and varying thicknesses. We routinely change component part sizes for small, medium and large runs. Wind Mill’s years of experience ensure the highest material yields with minimal waste.
Edgebanding
Wind Mill’s edging capacities include corner rounding, and up to 3 mm edging at a rate of 25 meters/min.
Finishing
Wind Mill uses water based finishes on RTF (ready to finish) panels, and specializes in the custom finishing of panels, grooves, edges, and inserts.
Prototyping
Wind Mill’s ability to program and run CNC components makes prototyping very responsive and economical. Short runs are cost competitive and offer excellent part quality. No hard tooling required allows for immediate implementation of design modifications, and we can reprogram your part to new specifications quickly and easily. Our team can translate your sketch or drawing into quality component parts. The ease of CAD programming makes Wind Mill an accurate and responsive partner.
Packaging
Wind Mill works with your team to maximize the packaging efficiencies. Extra labeling and nesting appropriate pieces for offloading and further assemblies can save time and money.
Environmentally Responsible
Wind Mill is an EPP (Environmentally Preferred Provider) licensed facility. Leed points, NAUF panels, and environmentally friendly options are available.
